Who it is for
The founder of a small studio designing private houses and interiors. Clients arrive with Pinterest screenshots and can’t explain what they want, so the first meeting is spent decoding their taste.
How it sells
The client browses an archive of six concepts, filters them by type and saves up to three to a shortlist. The shortlist carries over into the brief, so they come to the first conversation with references and a described idea, not empty-handed.
How it looks
A cobalt vertical rail on the left, light archival paper, dense Geologica and small Roboto Mono annotations. On entry, a courtyard facade flows through a rectangular aperture into an interior and a macro shot of material.
How it differs
The most “documentary” of the three MONOLITH sites: an archive with a text index and a cobalt rail, against the concrete poster of Concrete Poetry and the forest calm of House in Landscape.
