Who it is for
A studio designing country houses, estates and pavilions. Their client already has a plot among the trees but doesn’t yet know what kind of house they want, and is wary of studios that start with standard layouts.
How it sells
The opening leads from the approach to the house, under the roof and into a room with a view of the same forest. Uncertainty is allowed here: location, scale and timing can be left open and the idea described in your own words, so the threshold for a first enquiry is minimal.
How it looks
Forest green, mist and pale chartreuse, delicate Cormorant with italics. Calm panoramas of a house among trees, a dark model-making block and a diagonal aperture along the roofline.
How it differs
The quietest and most “natural” of the three MONOLITH sites: a forest palette and classic serif instead of the cobalt archive of Spatial Archive and the concrete poster of Concrete Poetry.
