City evening restaurant

Who it is for
The owner of a city-centre restaurant whose main seating is after work. Guests need to quickly understand whether there is a table for the evening and where to sit, not read a long history of the venue.
How it sells
The opening leads from the dining room to a dish in a beam of light and ends with a service check: the guest chooses the number of people and seating, and that data is already in the booking form. A short menu, courses and a board of private evenings keep the rhythm of an evening without rush.
How it looks
Oxblood and black, condensed Oswald in capitals, IBM Plex Mono monospaced labels. Cream “tickets” for menu categories, a beam of light across a dish, a burgundy board of private evenings.
How it differs
The most dynamic and most urban of the three EMBER sites: a service check and a night rhythm instead of the video fire of Fire & Smoke and the bookish shared table of The Long Table.
How enquiries work
A service check on the home page (number of guests, seating) leads into a 3-step booking: date from 14 days and a slot → contact → review (demo, booking is connected at launch)
